Rental Agreement & Policies
If your lawn is to be serviced while the signs are displayed, please contact the provider and have your day switched. This includes both mowing and/or chemical treatments.
If you have a dog that uses the lawn, please pick up after them PRIOR to installation.
Please turn off sprinklers on the day of installation and keep them off until after pick up.
Often our signs are a surprise. Please keep this in mind if you have a dog that barks. We also recommend keeping blinds closed and/or drapes drawn. Additionally, be aware if you have a doorbell camera that may sound and alert if activated.
At least one person in the household should know that we will be coming at night to set up. Additionally, if there are neighbors that would be suspicious of people on your lawn at night, please notify them prior to set up.
All lawns are not created equal. We try to find the best location for set up and make adjustments depending on trees, hills, rocky ground or space limitations.
Please do not allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning or sitting on it.
We encourage you to take pictures. However, DO NOT pull the signs from the ground, move them or pull the letters or icons off of their stakes.
We ask that you treat the display with respect. Please DO NOT MOVE items or vandalize them. If you do not like the display gift that was rented for you, please call us and we will remove them.
DO NOT MOVE THE SET UP TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
The letters and icons that make up your lawn sign are part of our inventory. If any signs are missing or damaged upon pickup, we reserve the right to invoice you for $30/item.
We photograph each set up to make sure it is perfect before we leave, but we cannot control Mother Nature. Our signs are waterproof, however wind and rain may cause the signs to shift which is beyond our control.
Signs are set up after dark (rain or shine), roughly, between 7pm-11pm. We will return the next evening after 7pm to remove the signs. We try our best not to be seen while setting up, but cannot guarantee this.
By booking your lawn sign with Sign Your House, you acknowledge that Sign Your House, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental.
Please do not tie balloons to the signs or their stakes.
In light of the current circumstances, we are asking our customers to be vigilant about not touching our signs. We are cleaning the signs after we set up and prior to pick up. We are also wearing gloves and masks while setting up.
If you must cancel your booking less than 24 hours of installation, payment of 50% is owed.
No refunds will be given due to client giving us the wrong address.
No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
No refunds will be given for mis-spelling during the reservation.
No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community.
